Personal Training consists of one to one fitness training sessions based on your individual needs such as age, weight, fitness level, ability and what you enjoy doing!
Each session lasts one hour but can be extended to 90 minutes.
Your initial consultation will consist of a posture assessment, fitness level test i.e aerobic capacity, strength and flexibility checks (not like a school test as I do most of the work!) and past exercise history. We can also discuss any injuries or concerns you may have.
Your fitness session will incorporate aerobic (cardiovascular) work, resistance training, tummy exercises and stretching and is always modified to suit your requirements.
Fitness is a journey, not a destination and starts with the first step! The key is consistency because there's no way to store it!
All you need is some loose fitting clothes and trainers!
All sessions are private and treated confidentially.
