In an ideal world, we all want to be slim, fit and healthy which is definitely easier said than done! There is no magic bullet, just ways to satisfy your hunger without compromising taste or your good health.
Your aim is to eat healthily for life and look and feel as well as you possibly can.
We are bombarded with messages on how to eat such as, we shouldn't eat at night or not to mix carbohydrates with protein etc but it all comes down to three factors, what you eat, how much you eat and your activity levels. There is no such thing as a "diet", a "diet" is an eating plan you can follow and stick to for life.
It's a challenge to step off the eating merry-go-round but I will dispel all the myths and help motivate you to eat healthily, lose weight safely and effectively and maintain your weight loss.
Your nutrition consultation is for 1 hour. Prior to your first visit, you will be asked to complete a diet diary which will help determine changes you can make to achieve your nutrition and weight loss goals. We will then set realistic targets for you along with an individualised healthy eating plan.
All plans are based on the foods you like to eat and will be adjusted and modified as you lose weight.
Some clients will find it sufficient to choose from a list of healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner but we also offer a home delivery service of ready prepared foods.
