Where does training take place?

Training takes place at my fully equipped gym in Finchley with easy parking or a home visit can be arranged.

You can also book a fitness and/or nutrition consultation via Skype for general or specific fitness queries or consultations on nutrition and how to lose weight.

I've never trained before and am anxious!

Don't feel anxious!  Exercise is fun and you will be introduced to techniques gently and at your own pace.  It can be overwhelming starting something new but it's also exciting and, in the long-term, will ensure you are fitter and healthier.  A brand new you!

Do you give discounts for block bookings?

Yes, I most certainly do.

If you recommend a client, you will receive a complimentary nutrition consultation.

If you book 10 sessions in advance, you will receive 5% discount on hourly sessions.


How often do I have to train?

It could be once a week or 4 times a week, it all depends on your time commitments and budget but doing something is better than nothing at all.

A professional healthcare advisor will ensure you are training to your optimum level and push you that bit further than you are capable yourself.

It may be that you are a well-conditioned athlete who needs inspiring with a new programme or you're bored with your current routine or you've stopped seeing results. You can book a single session to kick-start your routine and stop you getting stale when you reach a fitness plateau.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a booked session.  Less than 24 hours notice will incur full session cost.

If the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and the session can be filled by another client, then a cancellation fee will not be charged.
